Built for Toronto short-term rental owners
Toronto demand changes by neighbourhood, season, weekday, major event, and property class. Static pricing leaves money on the table; inconsistent operations put reviews at risk.
Resty brings revenue management and day-to-day hospitality together. You keep visibility into your property while our team handles the work required to keep it competitive.
Frequently asked questions
We provide end-to-end management: listing creation and optimization, dynamic pricing, reservations, 24/7 guest communication, cleaning, maintenance coordination, damage claims, payment support, and owner reporting.
We evaluate each home individually based on location, local and building rules, guest appeal, condition, and revenue potential. Condos, houses, and furnished urban stays may qualify depending on compliance and operational fit.
Toronto defines a short-term rental as all or part of a dwelling rented for fewer than 28 consecutive days. It must be the operator's principal residence, and the operator must register with the City and renew annually. Entire-unit rentals are limited to 180 nights per calendar year. Partial-unit operators may rent up to three bedrooms for an unlimited number of nights, but cannot rent the entire unit at the same time. Your City registration number must appear on listings and related documents. Operators must also keep rental records, post emergency contact information and exit diagrams, and meet Municipal Accommodation Tax reporting and remittance requirements. Resty helps owners understand these requirements, prepare and navigate the City application process, and keep their short-term rental operations compliant. Owners remain responsible for eligibility and approval, and condo, lease, insurance, fire, and building requirements may also apply.
